Improv CAFE was born from a simple belief: the best hours of the day don't belong to just one category. The morning rush and the evening unwind aren't separate experiences — they're chapters in the same story.

On Oak Street, we've designed a space that transforms with the light. Morning brings the ritual of freshly ground coffee, flaky pastries from Sandpoint bakers, and the quiet hum of people starting their day right. When the sun dips behind the Cabinet Mountains, the same space becomes something else — lower lights, deeper drinks, and the kind of atmosphere that makes strangers become regulars.
